The company name Qelp originates from question + help. Our goal is to make our customers’ life easier, help them increase revenues per user and reduce the costs of customer support. While doing this, we want to provide our customers’ customers a rich end-user experience, making the interaction with their mobile phone and mobile operator enjoyable.

We are a privately held company, established in the Netherlands, operating internationally. Based on our experience in marketing, customer support and internet services for the mobile industry, we have built a highly scalable platform delivering a 24/7 software-as-a-service as well as content-as-a-service.
