On-demand

Our applications are delivered to clients as a managed service, on demand, also called Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Due to the nature of the mobile market with many new handsets and services introduced to the market every month, content must be updated on a continuous basis. The Qelp platform is designed in such a way that new content can be made available or customized overnight. Using iframes and Flash or HTML/AJAX, the application is integrated in the customer website, entirely adjusted to look and feel and corporate identity standards. Alternatively as needed, a SOAP XML interface can be set-up for flexible delivery of content through a customer defined and managed web interface.

The on-demand model has a number of benefits:

  1. Short implementation: no installation of software, configuration of servers, customization of functions, training of staff. Qelp applications are provided as a managed service, requiring hardly any effort from customer IT, web, marketing and customer operations staff. As a result, a typical implementation is done in weeks rather than months ensuring faster benefit.
  2. Modularity: the content and functionality can be expanded in a modular way. Additional handsets, use cases, modifications of content, change of network or service settings etc. Either managed by Qelp or by you through a web based control panel.
  3. Content always up to date: you determine how many handsets and questions need to be supported and how frequently the content needs to be updated, if needed every day.
  4. Real time statistics: detailed usage information is real time available to assess the impact of a new service or marketing campaign, analyze which handsets or topics are most frequently asked either online or in your call center.
  5. 24/7 Service levels: as end-users can access your website and services 24/7, Qelp applications are monitored and managed to meet the service levels agreed upon.
  6. Software updates: as and when software updates with enhanced functionality become available, they will be either made available automatically or upon prior approval.
